Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all bulbs, fixings, and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off or Collection
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or schedule a courier pick-up through our portal.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
