How long does delivery take for lighting and furniture?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. For larger furniture items or specialist mirrors, our white-glove courier service may take 7-10 working days to ensure safe transit.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that light bulbs and bespoke items are non-returnable.
Do your light fittings come with bulbs included?
Most of our decorative light fittings do not include bulbs unless specified in the product description. This allows you to choose the brightness and color temperature that best suits your space.
Are your bathroom lights safe for use in Zone 1 and 2?
Yes, we stock a wide range of IP44 and IP65 rated lighting specifically designed for safe use in bathroom zones where water resistance is required.
